What does their branding say about them? distinct market and nothing to offer but cheap price?
How do they communicate their value proposition? what hooks emotional pulls.
What are their prices like? Are they a premium price, middle ground or bargain competitor?
How do they present their products page?
How do they handle shipping? higher or lower, what are their shipping options?
Is their sales pitch aggressive or passive?
What kind of call to action do they use? duplicate, ” buy two get one free”, Document these promotions.
What’s their social media presence like? Do they use FB YT, TWITTER or Pinterest.
